Creators use them to organize their best content into categories — product showcases, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, FAQs, and more. They're essentially a creator's curated portfolio.
Navigate to the Instagram profile with the Highlights you want. Open the specific Highlight, then copy the URL from your browser's address bar (or tap Share > Copy Link in the app). Paste the Highlight URL into our downloader and click Download. Each Highlight item downloads individually — video Highlights as MP4, photo Highlights as JPG, all in original HD quality.
The main difference for downloading: Highlights are always available (they don't expire), while regular Stories disappear after 24 hours. If you see a Story you want, download it immediately before it expires. Highlights can be downloaded at your leisure since they're permanent. Both types require the account to be public — private account content is not accessible.
